Mirror screen icon in Smart view?

I noticed that on my smart view ,it says mirror phone screen then shows a TV that I dont even have. Could someone be watching my screen?

That's probably a neighbor's TV that's close enough for you to cast to from your phone. Their TV is not watching what happens on your phone.
