A16 Video Recording with main camera

New owner of an A16 5G here.  I want to be able to record video with the main camera (not the "selfie" camera).  At the same time I want to mirror the screen to an Android tablet so I can verify framing of the video while I'm in front of the camera.

Using AirDroid Cast I get the notice "can't record videos during calls." After performing a restart on the phone (to assure there are no app conflicts) this issue persists.

Are there any other A16 users who have found a way to monitor their phone screens while using the main camera?

If you mirror your phone to your TV with chromecast it will work but if you are not recording near a TV then maybe someone else will have a solution.

It may work with Link to Windows if you have a laptop to connect to your phone with the app on your phone and computer. I haven't tried video with it.

Jules, thanks for your thoughts. Unfortunately I record videos for a YouTube channel in a space where no TV is available.  Will keep searching for a solution.
