Message feature deleted!

I no longer get number of message notifications on my message app. When I went to check, I see a feature has been deleted! Is this the problem, I wonder? Can I restore it?

@usersambone Check device settings -> Notifications -> Advanced settings -> App icon badges. It sounds like you want this enabled.
