Location won't stay on Galaxy A10e

Hello.  My phone is a galaxy a10e and my location won't stay on.  After a few seconds it just shuts itself off.  Any idea what this is?

Alright that happens to me I think it just Always on but out of the way

I try using apps that use location but it says I don't have it on
