A Series & Other MobileIn the support tab of the members app. Tap on send feedback, tap the circled arrow on the right side of the screen, choose your issue (either choose "application" or "others". Describe your issue in as much detail as possible, tap the paper clip on top to include a screen shot if you want, leave the "send system log data" option checked. When you are done, tap the arrow on the top right to send. Allow time for the system log to upload and do not close the members app until the log uploads. It will tell you when it's done. You should get a copy of your log on your phone.
