My A35 purchases in October is actually not showing my info in Samsung account because it keeps bringing me to a different country. My phone was purchased in NY also I can't update my account for Samsung account. I sent error codes and screenshots and they looking into it for the past 3 days. My phone had finally crashed after I went to my carrier and they told me nothing is wrong. They were so won't because my phone crashed after I left there. I even asked to I upgrade to s25 ultra and they tried to tell me my A35 is pretty much the same phone! I've never been more convinced my carrier is the worst. But I'll call Samsung support again which I have a report number and all. Oh my phone is now showing developer things showing up in my apps which I didn't do and don't even know how to use those screens. Just so disappointed in the whole thing.
