J 7 prime not showing message pop-up notifications

My j 7 prime never showed the sms preview in window section as that was a very easy for me to reply instantly without open an app

Even i change the settings doing all what i do but the problem is still same

Kindly give suggestions how to i resolve

Let's look into some of the things that can cause this. 

Are you using the stock texting application? 

-If not try switching your default to the stock app.

Are you using any third-party launchers?

-If so try switching by to One UI to see if the pop-up notifications appear then.

Have you installed any updates lately?

-If you have a cache partition wipe is always recommended after any system updates have been applied.
