A Series & Other MobileI am attempting to install an app onto my Galaxy A54 5G, but I'm not successful (I've installed many apps before). First, I downloaded the app from the Google Play Store. Second, when I attempt install the app, one page flashes by very quickly, much too quickly to read. Third, another page pops up permanently that has the message "Logon denied."
Is there any way to slow down the first page so that is readable? Or could that page be in readable form in short-term memory? I believe there are app installation intructions on the page that goes by too fast to read.
The app is the Netgear Nighthawk app, which I've used for years. I just installed a new Nighthawk cable modem, which connects to my Nighthawk wireless router. I'm assuming that Netgear released a new version of the Nighthawk smartphone app, which is why I need to re-install it (I don't have any trouble downloading it). I can access my router through the web, but it is much more convenient to use the phone app. I contacted Netgear about this, and they were absolutely worthless.

A Series & Other Mobile@Members_hi0XaeE Have you reached out to the developers of that app to see if they have a solution?
