Is the FM Radio compatible with the Galaxy A11?

I bought the Gaxlay A11 with the understanding that it was capable of FM radio.  I believe it was listed in the specs when I checked it out.  Now I see it nowhere, even when I install NextRadio, which gives me a message saying FM isn't active on the phone.  Please advise

Did that and the T Mobile tech said it is a Samsung issue not theirs

The answer is that non US phones for that model have FM offline available.  Samsung provided me with that information
