A Series & Other MobileI get them all day and they are allegedly linked to Chrome but there's no way to delete them. I have done all the things suggested with no luck.

A Series & Other MobileIf they are linked to chrome, then you visited a site with malicious software embedded it or clicked a bad link. You need to run an anti-virus scan. These types of malware usually come from downloading a game or visiting a bad site. Check for any apps running in the background by going to your battery settings. Anything you do not recognize, stop and put it to sleep and uninstall. Go to the Play Store and download Malwarebytes free and run a scan. Delete the last 3 apps you installed recently and clear your chrome browser data - history, cache, cookies, everything. If all else fails, you will have to save all important data (no apps) to an external drive and factory reset your phone and set it up from scratch. Do not download a backup.
