They are not invasive if they are not sharing without your consent. If you are concerned, turn off those features. The permissions are required if you want to share content with your other devices or other people.
What part of required permissions do you not understand? Whether you use the share features or not, certain apps require the permission to function properly. Whether you actually ever use the quick share feature or not, if you want to use continue on other devices, sharing is REQUIRED, otherwise it won't work. If you do not want to use continue on other devices, you can turn that off and the quick share will be turned off - unless another app requires the quick share permission. The gallery, for one, does.
