A Series & Other MobileI have an A36 and see that half of my email folders are under the root folder and half are sub-folders under "saved". How do I move these folders so they are all in one place?

A Series & Other Mobile@Rich_Cas The exact steps would depend on which email app you are using. What email app are you using?

A Series & Other MobileIn most email clients, all you have to do to reorganize your folders is drag and drop them to where you want them, or right click and select "move".

A Series & Other Mobilerealaud - It is not obvious how to do that in Samsung email. In the list of folders, the only choice is Delete, Create subfolder, or Rename. In the Settings, Manage folders, the only folders available for dragging are the standard ones, not my personal ones I added and that drag and drop is only for re-ordering.

A Series & Other MobileOh, sorry, I have never used Samsung email. I am only going by my experience in using several other email clients over the years - and they all exhibit the same behavior, dragging and moving a folder or right clicking. Personal folders should be the very thing one *can* reorganize. I know of no email client that lets you rearrange the core folders. That does not mean that they do not exist.
Unless someone who does use Samsung email chimes in here, you might try recreating the subfolders where you want them and then moving the contents of the old folders into the new ones and deleting the old ones.
