I have a question concerning how the Samsung mail app functions. It's concerning how the spam mail is handled, why is it that when I mark a inbox message as spam it doesn't get deleted right away instead of being sent to the trash folder first?

A Series & Other MobileSorry, but isn't that how all mail apps work? When you mark a message as spam, it's sent to the spam folder. I'm not aware of any app that automatically deletes spam messages. I use Samsung Mail, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail, and they all function this way.

A Series & Other MobileWhat does the Samsung Mail app and Spam have to do with the Samsung Health app.

I've already deleted the Samsung mail app and I decided to just use Gmail because it's already installed on my phone. Thanks for all of your responses
