A Series & Other MobileYou may also want to try contacting the developers of the app to see if it's supposed to do that. If they say no, you'll know you have something in your system that shouldn't be there. You could then uninstall all your third-party apps and reinstall them one by one, starting with your most needed apps. It'll be a pain but it's just a thought.

A Series & Other MobileFirst, try booting the phone into Safe Mode. To do this, press and hold the power button (side button) until the power menu appears. Then press and hold โPower offโ until the Safe Mode option shows up, and tap it.
In Safe Mode, only system apps run. If the problem doesnโt happen there, it usually means a third-party app is causing it. You can exit Safe Mode anytime by restarting the phone and unlocking it normally.
Second, you can go to Settings โ Apps, find the app you suspect, and Force Stop it. Iโd recommend trying Force Stop first before uninstalling anything.
As a last resort, if the issue keeps happening or an app keeps reinstalling itself (and it doesnโt appear in Safe Mode), you may want to do a factory reset.
โ ๏ธ Keep in mind: a factory reset will erase all data. Make sure you back everything up and write down your Google and/or Samsung account info, since youโll need to sign back into whichever cloud account your phone is linked to.

A Series & Other MobileHey RayDawg4762! Welcome to Community!! No one wants to have an app telling them there may be a bug. I recommend following the advice of Mujibar and mrnotgood. Please reach out if the steps provided do not help.
