How do you rename a folder on my home screen?

trying to rename a folder on my home screen ...

Galaxy A32 5G

online searches keep telling me to

go  to the google files, browse,  etc...

however

there is No  Choice   at the bottom of the screen  to

Browse ?!?

Tap on the folder icon and then tap on the folder name and you should get a cursor
