How do I turn the media off on my lock screen. It should be an option not something I have to deal with. It's ridiculous that I have to put up with this on my lock screen. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it is greatly appreciated.
You would have to take it to a uBreakiFix location and have them flash the firmware to something else - people usually do this when they switch carriers. As I stated before, the price you pay for the carrier branded phone is that you get their firmware. When T-Mo took over sprint, they added their own firmware to the device - it makes no difference whether you paid it off or not. The phone is branded to them. Was the Sprint logo any more attractive than the T-Mo logo? What difference does it make anyway, do you spend your time watching the phone boot up? The logo is there for 10 seconds at most.

I simply went into the Apps Section in the Settings...and I could tell it was a Metro Style App..Purple and looked like the Metrozone App **bleep** that has the News when you first open Chrome Browser and have to change the Homepage in Settings for Chrome...and I uninstalled the **bleep** thing Would let me.ykawmolir.off or edit anything..don't know how it automatically downloaded this App either..๐
