How do I turn off the media on my lock screen on Samsung Galaxy a53 5g?

How do I turn the media off on my lock screen. It should be an option not something I have to deal with. It's ridiculous that I have to put up with this on my lock screen. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it is greatly appreciated.

Go to the Metro Play app, click on the 3 lines in top right corner and then click Disable Lockscreen. Choose whatever option you want and hit Disable. Hope this helps!

I would have never been able to give this advice. I don't have Metro, I don't ever get my devices from a carrier for just this reason. Samsung never downloads apps to your phone
