How do I remove Mobile Installer

I have discovered an app when viewing the apps on my phone thru Google Play.... but trying to see it thru settings, then apps it does not appear. 

Reading the reviews it says it's a known malware! I'm so upset about it being there but I also do not see any way to remove it! What needs to be done? This is a screenshot of the culprit! Please help!!

This is often found by subscribers of Sprint and T-Mobile. Those carriers use it to push applications and games to your phone.

Go to settings- apps- show system apps- search the app- then disable
