Hello, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns with wanting to use the clipboard feature on your device. Be sure that you are using the Samsung Keyboard. To use the clipboard feature simply open anything that allows you to use your keyboard, click the text field and tap on the icon that looks like a clipboard, then you will be able to view all recent things that you have copied. The toolbar on your keyboard will show: emojis, clipboard, one-handed keyboard, voice input and settings. You can also tap the three horizontal dots to expand the toolbar to see more options available on your device. If you need further assistance please let me know.
