A Series & Other MobileI have a Samsung Galaxy A16 5G. The Home screen shows "Tap for weather info". I would like the weather widget to automatically show the basic weather info (temperature and weather condition icon) based on the location where I am. I have tried digging into Settings -> Location and other places without success. Is what I am looking for possible?
Thanks.

A Series & Other MobileYou say: "...next to the location, you will see the option to change the location. Tap that and then put in your current location". But do I have to do this every time that I am in a different location? The purpose of this post was to find out whether the widget can change the location automatically. So far, the widget does not do that...
Yes, the location setting says "Allowed all the time".
Thanks for all your help and patience.

A Series & Other MobileNo, once you allow the location to be in use all the time (it doesn't hurt to also turn the location on in the quick panel), it will know where you are. If it doesn't work, you might try clearing the phone's cache partition and/or removing the widget and then placing it back. There is something blocking the location permission from functioning properly.
How to clear cache through Recovery Mode:
1. Power off your phone. Hold Power and vol up buttons until Samsung Logo appears
2. Let go of both buttons when you see the Samsung Logo appear on screen. There will be a delay while it enters recovery mode.
3. Use the volume buttons to navigate through recovery menu options and highlight “Wipe Cache Partition.” Press power button to select this option . Confirm by navigating to the yes response and tapping the power button to select.
5. When wiping cache partition is complete, "reboot system now" should be highlighted; press power key to select it. The phone will reboot as normal.
