Hero survivor king instant game doesn't work, needs reset

• Hero survivor king  game doesn't work it started then just music and blue screen appear as below photo even after reseting game hub

• How can I reset the game
• Or some one have a solution

I can't even find the game in Samsung or Playstore but see a hero defense king game in Google play. Do you think they discontinued the game? Force quit the app, clear the cache, if you wanted to uninstall it and then install it would be difficult not knowing where the game came from

I did that. I even uninstall and reinstall the game hub

Yes it is still in Samsung market meddle east
