I got a $.15 charge for Samsung usa. What is this?  I did add a card to my wallet was that maybe a charge to verify it?

It is a pending charge to test a new type of payment on your Samsung account. They will reverse, usually next day.

It is still pending. Thank you. I will check tomorrow and see if it falls off. I just dont remember that happening for other cards I've added

They may also leave it as a credit, and it will be deducted from your first payment transaction.

Most companies/sites will place a "Microcharge" (where they take money out of your account) or "Microdeposit" (where they deposit money into your acxount). This is done to verify the legitimacy of the account (sometimes a company/site will even ask you to verify the amounts). It's another way of identity verification (like answering challenge questions, taking a picture/video of your face, or uploading your ID). They usually reverse the charges within a few days.
