Galaxy A42: No Voicemail Services

I recently got my Samsung A42...Original -(Verizon) phone unlocked & now my voicemail does not register. Holding one down says that voicemail # is wrong & to try again...same error message when I dial 123. Can someone please help. Thank you.

Call the phone carrier they may need to re setup your vm

Thank you ... but I am no longer with the carrier that I bought the phone through ... Is that going to be an issue?

You call your current carrier. Voicemail is a carrier issue.

I have slways had unlocked phones snd never had a problem with voicemail.

They just set up a voicemailbox. Tell them they never set one up when you switched.

Me too & this is the first one of my devices that I have ever had a problem with vm either.
