Galaxy A14 Contact show +1 other person

Why do all my CONTACTS show. " +1 other person" as having access to my contacts? Why won't Google steps 2 remove +1 work??

Just my guess but looks like that number got reported as being suspicious or spam etc

It could be the same contact, one on the sim, and one on the phone. I have my contacts saved to sim with no double ups.
