Galaxy A14 Contact show +1 other person

Why do all my CONTACTS show. " +1 other person" as having access to my contacts? Why won't Google steps 2 remove +1 work??

Just my guess but looks like that number got reported as being suspicious or spam etc

It could be the same contact, one on the sim, and one on the phone. I have my contacts saved to sim with no double ups.

I do not save to SIM. so no repeats.

That looks like your messaging app, not your cotacts and that would be a conversation with *you* plus one other person, as opposed to mulitiple other people. You are not having a conversation with yourself.
