Galaxy A04e not connecting to Wi-Fi network?

The phone is not connecting to WiFi. I have reset the wifi settings,  reset my router but the phone is not connecting to wifi.

What could be the issue?

Try turning on the airplane mode for a few seconds, then turn it off, open your Settings menu, and select wifi and make sure that you can see your wireless network. Ssid name, then select that network and make sure you enter the correct password . You can also try rebooting your device,
