Emails not being received

Ever since Xfinity went down on Thursday, April 18th for about an hour, I haven't been receiving all my normal emails. I didn't change anything on my end so my guess is it's from when they went down.

Yes, it's xfinity (comcast).

Comcast is trying to charge me for the first xfinity essentials bill and ,I haven't even got my modem yet
