A Series & Other MobileI'm having trouble with my new phone. The phone pad works correctly when dialing out but once connected, the DTMF tones are flat and I cannot communicate with other systems or even get into my voice mail. It's as if the system I have dialed cannot hear the tones after connection. I do not find ANY reference to DTMF tones in the system settings nor the phone app.

A Series & Other MobileOK, finally!!! Success!!! Re-installing Google dialer resolved the situation and DTMF tones are restored. I will continue to use Google Dialer and maybe sometime in the future do a reset to see if that fixes Samsung's dialer.
I am still very curious as to why I cannot (still) find the setting for DTMF tones.
