Wondering if someone out there knows how to get me out of this developers **bleep** as I've been controlled and redirected for a year with no help. I've done all the obvious things and have gone through 6 phones and threw away the devices I could. I also have had everyvaccount hacked, all devices rerouted and I can't close any accounts. The safety apps and accounts like cloudlflare have been used against me.

You've gone through six phones?!? That means it's not the phone, it's the way you use it and download applications and other things. My suggestion is to create a brand new Google account, and a brand new Samsung account. Then do a complete factory reset on one of your phones, and then re-sign in with the new Google email address and the Samsung email address. This way, it's like you have a brand new phone starting right from Square zero.

The fact that this has carried over phone to phone indicates that one or all of your accounts have obviously been compromised.  Perhaps even your home router was invaded via an exploit (such as never changing the default administrator password), thus allowing access to any device ever connected to your network.  However your phone was invaded, the fact that it comes back on device after device means you are signing in to compromised accounts or compromised networks.  You need to go to an uncompromised device on an uncompromised network and create new accounts - email, Samsung & Google and any other account that may be compromised.  Change the password to your carrier's web site/app. Sign your phone out of your current Samsung and Google accounts, reset your phone and then sign them in to your new Samsung and Google accounts, again in an uncompromised location.  Get a new, clean, SIM card before you turn on your phone.  Do not reinstall any backups. Reset or exchange your home router and change the settings before you reconnect your phone to it.

Click Settings, in search bar type in developers options and search, top of the screen switch off radio button developers options. As too being hacked simply change your passwords on your phone,Google account, and Samsung account.
