This appears to be the Galaxy A35 5G for the TracFone service provider. https://support.tracfone.com/en/brands/Samsung/TFSAS356VC/ The message you are receiving is an error in the way the software is reading the model code. Okay so did you purchase that from Verizon by any chance because the model number ending in V is usually a Verizon model if it was an unlocked purchase directly from Samsung that is usually ending in a U

Considering that is most likely a Verizon model and you are having the issues that you are having I would say contact Samsung customer service directly at 1-800 Samsung and you'll want to talk to tech support
