This appears to be the Galaxy A35 5G for the TracFone service provider. https://support.tracfone.com/en/brands/Samsung/TFSAS356VC/ The message you are receiving is an error in the way the software is reading the model code. The phone may be experiencing some bugs. We recommend submitting feedback to Samsung using these steps: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692
