A Series & Other MobileHi I recently had to get a Samsung Galaxy A16 when I use to have Google Moto G Stylus so I'm trying to figure out a new theme. It let me pick a new theme & worked on my phone everywhere but now I'm trying to switch that theme to another new one it works everywhere but not in my SMS text messaging background, it still has my other theme background instead. It doesnt have any other options in my SMS for me to pick from so please help!??

A Series & Other MobileIf you are using the Samsung messaging app, it is no longer able to use themes - basically, it's a courtesy version of the app to appease die hard users.
If you are using Google Messages, it does not support themes for the app itself, but you can choose color schemes for specific chats if you (and they) are using RCS.

A Series & Other MobileI tried going into the settings & changing the SMS text messaging but it doesnt have any choices, it only has the 1 SMS text messaging option so I cant even try to change that. But its weird it let me pick a new theme & worked everywhere but now I'm just trying to change it to a other one, it works everywhere but in the text messaging background, it keeps the theme I recently picked not the new one??

A Series & Other MobileWhich message app are you using? Samsung messages does not have RCS except for the version on the S25 and only for those who use T-Mobile.
If you want RCS and your carrier supports it, the settings are in the chat settings. Tap your Google avatar on the top right, choose "messages settings", choose "RCS chats" and turn it on. If your carrier supports it, it will show your carrier, your number and say "connected". However, the contact on the other end of the chat must also be using RCS messages, otherwise your chats default to SMS and then the color of the chat remains as a color from your phone's color palette.
