Can't put favorites contacts in order

 I've tried to put my favorites in alphabetical order on my phone, but I can't. I've tried to do settings, but there's none to do this.

 Also for some reason this keyboard double spaces without my doing it. I can't afford a better phone. This is Galaxy a16

1. Open the Phone app
2. Click the 3 dots in upper right
3. Click on Reorder Favorites
4. Now use the double arrows on the right of each entry to move it up or down in your list.

@DeDe6 I have no idea what that version number is from. 

Under One UI version it has a number. Like 5, 6, 7 or 8

Under Android version it has a number. Like 14, 15, etc.

That's what I saw when I touched about phone. Where else would I find it?
