Camera lens damage

I have an A54, made in India, eversince I got it I noticed that the images looked odd, but I didn't know why until now

The camera shows a red circle in the middle while shooting, which seems like lens damage

And I bought it this way, it's been like this since the day I got it, and now the warranty had ended so if I want to fix it I have to pay from my own pocket to do so

Really disappointed in Samsung, and allowing phones with damaged lenses to be sold to the public shows severe negligence from the company

You got a phone that had damage from the start. You don't know how or when it got damaged, yet you are blaming Samsung for your failure to remedy the situation while it was still under warranty. Could be a factory defect, could have been damaged in transit, could be you pointed the camera at a light source and damaged the iris. This means you had the phone for an entire year. So, tell me how Samsung is at fault?

I took a closer look at the picture you shared, and I didn’t spot a red circle anywhere. As @realaud pointed out, if it was there from the start, why would you wait a whole year to get it checked out? And since you waited until the warranty expired to try and fix it, you’d be responsible for covering the repair costs.

I see the "pink" spot. To me it looks like a reflection or shadow, but if it appears in every picture, it *could* be a defect. The OP should have included multiple shots for reference which does not change the fact that if he noticed it right away and continued to notice it, he did nothing to try to get it fixed or replaced.
