Built in screen recording

Hello fellow Samsung users, I was wondering if the Samsung Galaxy A15 has a built in screen recording setting that I'm missing. If it doesn't have a built in option, why?

The A15 does lack this feature. I've had to download a third party from the Google Play Store.

Do you happen to know an app for that other than Mobizen. I hate Mobizen.

Screen recording is not a native feature because the A15 is a budget phone. A lot of specs & features are sacrificed for budget devices.
