Samsung F23 5G. Recent Update on Oct-1 2024 caused phone with wifi issues later bluetooth issue. None of these are getting turned on. If we try restart phone will hang and cant use it for 1 more hour. Auto restart/Off/Restart/Off...1 hr !

Service center suggests change of mother board-9.7k (new f23 phone costs 14k). Actual solution one IC replacement cost of 300rs but have to find good technician to do it. So selling my 15k phone for 2k because of this issue and never gonna buy samsung again. I suggest samsung to take responsibility and agree with the issues exist instead of ruining the customer experience. Worst service and Developers please do work while releasing the updates instead of going out for chai time for 9 hrs a day. #samsungnevercare

Have you ever tried to clear the cache partition? Maybe a factory reset would help. If you do a factory reset, make sure to back up your pics and data. I would first clear the cache partition to see if that fixes the issue.

Clearing the cache partition clears unnecessary files, some of which may be corrupt.

Follow the steps below,

Clear the cache partition
- shut phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device.Recovery-Mode-on-Samsung-Phone_1000000612_1728437754.jpg
