Why samsung is collecting all mobile dara .mean all & uploading yo it's server without informing the  user. You can not turned it off. This is a clear breach of privacy & shameless act .I Hooe there are other samdung mobile use aware of this fact.

Samsung at keast should have informed ,get concent before uploading full data & provide an option to turnoff is someone does not want to get upload all his to samsung & third oarties.

You gave consent when you accepted the terms of service. What data are you referring to? The automatic backups?

A few days back accidently checked phone ,samsung cloud than went to samsung account on samsung privacy site. Found 4 gb of data at samsung cloud. Include messages, call logs, contacts samsung note dara,  apps  & other .Requested for deletion which mention deletion as per samsung policy.

Again it start uplading into cloud. Surprisingly there is no option you turnoff the automatic cloud uploading..like one drive or Google drive.  WHY samsung donot provide an option to turnoff cloud uploading if users do not want to share there personal data.like calls log, messages & many other things?

You cannnot chsnge permission setting of samsung cloud. In other words we are forced to share everything from our phone to samdung + third parties. I think they should provide an option to turnoff it off.

This is your backup.  Your phone automatically backs up to the Samsung Cloud.  They are not using your data, they are preserving it.  You can turn off the sliders next to any data you do not want backed up, but you will cry when you have to reset your phone and all your data is not available to restore, unless you make an independent backup.  You can also turn off Google backup.

In any case, you have agreed to the use of your data, subject to the privacy policy, by accepting the user agreement (by putting your device into service), which can be found in settings/about phone/legal information, and reading the various documents (EULA, Privacy Policy, etc.).
