Bixby on Samsung A13 LTE

Is it possible to get Bixby for an Samsung A13 4G/LTE. Believe it or not, I kinda like Bixby or Google Asst. For some reason, I think Bixby might be phased out sooner or later.....

Unfortunately, every A series phone under the a30 series doesn't have bixby.

For the A13, there is no way to get the Bixby like some other Samsung phones.
