A Series & Other MobileI seriously think Samsung is breaking phones with updates to force customers to buy a new phone. My A14 worked great until Samsung started updating One-UI and Device Care. I am convinced Device Care is malware. After last update, it consumes 9% of my battery, I cannot uninstall it or disable it and it is always transmitting over WiFi or Mobile data. The two biggest drains on the battery are One-UI and Device Care. After last update, my A14 is totally useless, especially when I am using Android Auto or Maps for directions. If I am running maps or android auto, I cannot open any other applications and it takes 30 seconds to disable Bluetooth and shut android auto down. If I restart my phone, it takes 1 to 2 minutes for the phone to restart. The phone worked fine when I first bought it but with each update it has slowed down and now to the point that I have gone out and bought a cheap Boost Celeros phone that outperforms the Samsung in every catagory.

You've update a very reliable old A14 so many times it hardly runs 4hours off charger.
