I just received a new A56 unlocked from Shop Samsung app and my imei is invalid. I'm trying to get it working on Visible(Verizon) . I've tried Verizon and various imei search sites and all state invalid imei. I've entered it enough times and know I'm using the correct number. The Verizon doesn't even show the A56 as a model option to choose. Looking at the specs this model should work on Verizon network. Any ideas?
The A56 is a new model and Verizon may not have gotten, or entered, the list of valid IMEIs yet. They may not list the model on their site as they are not yet offering it. Either return the phone or try another carrier. Contact Samsung.

This has been a major problem with Verizon for a long time, they take forever to update new IMIE numbers on their system. Samsung has also been late at sending out IMIE to the carriers. If you can wait a couple of days the IMIE will get update to all carriers.
I am having the same issue. I purchased the unlocked A56 to upgrade from the A51 and found that the IMEI is not on the list for Cricket. How do I go about getting the A56 to work on the Cricket network? At this point I have spent all this money for a phone that I won't be able to use.
