A32 5G - Samsung Clock app has no city with GMT-9?

Hi, I'm trying to add a city to the Samsung Clock app that is at GMT-9:00, but unfortunately I cannot find one.

In the Android OS' native datetime settings, I can manually configure the timezone to a city (Adak) on Hawaii-Aleutian Time (GMT-9:00).

That city does not exist in the Clock app when searching the app for cities, nor can I find another city with that timezone.

Please note that during Daylight Savings Time, Anchorage is at GMT-8:00. So that does not work.

EDIT: I have an A32 5G factory unlocked, and auto time zone doesn't work because I was on a cruise with no cell or internet service. Even if I had internet service, why wouldn't Samsung Clock have GMT-9 to add to my World Clocks list?

I got a Samsung response from my feedback / error report - The issue has been raised with developers:

Given that this app hasn't been updated in one year and this doesn't impact a ton of people, it may be a long time if ever for this to be resolved.

Why don't you put your clock on auto time zone?

I have an A32 5G factory unlocked, and could not use auto time zone because I was on a cruise and had no cell or internet service until reaching port.

Even if I had internet service at sea, why wouldn't Samsung Clock have GMT-9 so that I can add it to my World Clocks list? Or is there a specific city I need to use?

My A54 is factory unlocked. I cruise a lot. When I need to adjust for time zones, I just manually set the time and turn off auto everything. I keep my phone on ship's time.

You can add the world clock widget to your home screen and select Adak as the city.

I cannot add Adak to the widget or World Clock settings:

I did notice that a system update became available since starting my cruise. So I will try that and report back.

You are using the clock widget, not the world clock, it's different.
World Clock version 1.19 0. It's in the Galaxy store. I must have added a long time ago while cruising and just forgot. I don't think it came with the phone.

Ah, so it is a 3rd party app. Thanks for solving the puzzle.

Funny thing is I *really* don't remember downloading it.
