Hello. My Galaxy A16 locks and will not show the option to tap the four digit code to unlock. Also, the Restart and Turn Off options do not work. When either is tapped, it just locks the phone again for a short while. After more tapping on screen and side buttons multiple times, it sometimes shows the option to unlock the phone or I have to wait again. SOS, please! Thanks.
