We use Yahoo email thru ATT. We can no longer login to our email account.

We lost this connection on or about 2-13-2025.
I even got a new phone and still can't login.
Both of our phones are A15 5G.
We can still get emails on an old Samsung J7 Crown.
Can anyone help.

Oh, I am SO glad that I am not the only one with this problem.  Believe me, I will be following this thread... good luck.

Since this problem seems to be unique to those with AT&T as their carrier, I'd be inclined to think it is an AT&T issue.  Are you all on carrier locked phones? Can you log in when you are on wi-fi?

My Samsung email died. Password/ login error. Double checked password. Got on my PC and logged in on outlook. Worked fine. Went to att.net. logged into email fine. Went to yahoo, logged in just fine. Back to phone and Samsung email. Says bad password. Go to re-enter password. Enter user name. Next page enter password and that's as far as it goes. Locks up. Deleted Samsung email, reinstalled it. Logged in. Same response.
I'm like you since it seems to be between Samsung email app and AT&T since that runs through yahoo.
Carrier locked S23 ultra. Problem started about 9-9:30 this morning.
I just hope that it gets fixed soon.

Agreed.

This is almost certainly a Samsung/ATT issue.  Like you said, it locks up and seems to be a "bad page" for sign in.

I didn't realize it when I first posted here but I'd been signed out of ATT due to what I assume was a hack attempt and as a security measure. Same thing probably happened to most here if not all.

I downloaded the Yahoo android app and tried it. I get the same screens, the same error, and locks up in the same spot. On my PC, Outlook, ATT.net, yahoo.com all work fine. On my phone, I got outlook working (sort of) and both Samsung and yahoo apps rolling over belly up.
Wish they'd fix this mess. Just downloaded the February update the other day. Wonder if that contributed to it?

I just started having this problem today.  I'm using an A14-5g from TracFone and my wireless carrier is Spectrum.  The only affiliation I have with AT&T is my att.net email.

Does Spectrum piggyback off of AT&T's cell network?

I have no idea.  I do know that TracFone uses the towers of most all carriers.  I'm having this problem over WiFi in my home.

The problem seems to be with ATT and yahoo. I cannot access my yahoo emails via the app nor browser on my galaxy S 25+. Several chats with ATT customer service but no matter what they instructed me to do, I still can't get my yahoo emails
