Every now and then I get a small pop up notification on my phone that says "can't install app app not optimized with secure folder".

I tried turning off/disabling notifications for Secure Folder, that didn't work.

I then tried to turn of notifications for updates in the Secret Folder version of Google play, that also didn't work.

I want to get rid of this permanently. When I try to login to the Secure version of Google play it prompts me to login with a work email. I don't want to have to login with my school/work email, but is that a possible way to fix this?

Please tell me how to get rid of the "can't install app app not optimized with secure folder" notification that pops up randomly. Nothing i do prompts it. I have tried updating and restarting my phone too. 

My phone was purchased directly from T-mobile so it's not unlocked if that helps
