I need help getting my solar remote control paired with my smart tv. It keeps giving me a message that another remote is already paired but can't see any other remote paired when I checked. I have tried the press both the back and play/pause buttons simultaneously severally still no luck. I even tried to reset the remote that didn't help either. I need help please.
