Projectors & Other TVsI received my new Samsung TV and You tablet 11 days ago. The day I received it I followed the directions on the paper included. I got all the way to the part where the TV and You app would appear then you would proceed. My app never appeared. After 3 hours of it not appearing I contacted Support via the email on the instructions. I waited several days with no response other than an email stating that I had received my tablet and needed to proceed with activating it. I replied to the email with my situation and still no response. How do I get a live person to answer me with how to activate the tablet if there is no TV and You app? There is no phone number or any way other than contacting through their support email. If they don’t answer that or the follow up email, what do I do?
