Galaxy S PhonesYears ago I tried to factory reset my phone and couldn’t get past the FRP lock despite having the original account and correct credentials (verified as correct by Samsung Find my ID and logging into the account on other devices). I also past the 2FA process via Phone number and email but when I try to login I get an error stating “Sorry, something went wrong, please try again.” And I get taken back to the login screen. This repeats. I decided to try again tonight and am still having the same issue many years later.
The email is correct and it is 100% the original account as checked via Samsung “Find my ID”. The credentials are correc as I can login on other devices. I passed the 2FA via phone number and email. Yet my Galaxy S9 that I payed close to $1000 for is essentially bricked. I am incredibly frustrated and I don’t know what to do. I’ve seen a number of people with a similar if not the exact same issue but I have not found any kind of resolution.
What do I do?
