Kitchen

I'm a huge Samsung fan, with phones, tvs, surround sound, smart watch, kitchen and laundry appliances, and the vacuums. I previously had the Jet 75 vacuum and the brush roller broke after some time. I replaced the part at approximately $100, but was excited to purchase the newer AI Jet vacuum with clean station once it was available. At approximately $1000 a few years ago, I'd have expected it to last a while longer. Unfortunately, the roller on the Active Dual Brush cracked and I was unable to find a simple replacement part for it. I was directed to purchase a new Active Dual Brush attachment, but couldn't find it on Samsung Parts. I contacted customer service for assistance, and even when sending a picture of the brush with the exact code on the tag (vca-tabc97) I was told it was invalid and that they couldn't locate the part. I responded once again with the information and, after a few days, I've still heard nothing. My husband and I ended up purchasing a new Shark vacuum instead, for much cheaper. As a Samsung fan I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the vacuum and the cheap plastic parts that don't hold up to average use.
