On August 16, 2025 at 1700 hours I downloaded an update to my Galaxy Watch Ultra.
After installing the update, I performed the "wipe cache partition" because it seems like the recommended thing to do anytime a Samsung phone or watch gets an update.
For the next 4 hours it seems like notifications to the watch were immediate after received by the phone.
Is the issue resolved? Time will tell during the next week.
