Pressing the JOG button brings up Game Setting 1, instead of opening the menu navigation. I tried unsticking by pressing and holding the jog button, to no avail. I'm confused as to why the JOG button would suddenly be mapped to opening Game Setting 1. Is there a way to factory reset without the menu?
