EDIT: this is happening in the Samsung TV plus app and I do not have cable TV or a cable box to reset

I have a UHL tv so I selected this category since it’s not LED. I hope I am in the right place. I have exhausted all options that I have found online. My model number is UN43TU8000fxza.

I was watching mountain men channel and I didn’t touch the remote or anything, and the programming is now in Spanish. In the expert section of the sound settings, I am not able to choose any other languages as the option is grayed out so I cannot follow the suggestions previously provided in other posts.

the commercials are still in English. What should I do to make the program be in English again. Nothing in the guide suggests that this is a Spanish program and the episode description is totally in English. I tried exiting out of the app and restarting it and unplugging the TV and plugging it back in. Thanks for your ideas
